During Mrs Turton’s walk this morning she saw some gorgeous art works that are decorating our local community. She sent me these lovely pieces. Maybe your art is there?
Take care everyone and keep creating.

Hi Grade 3B, what a great effort you have done on your Russian/ stacking dolls. I noticed a few people even made little pockets or beds for them- gorgeous.
Well done to these students for doing the art lesson and thanks to parents for helping out.
Alaska, Ayva, Bailey, Cooper, Ethan A, Ethan L, Jackson, Jade, Kahden, Lily, Mason, Scarlett and Sienna. Great collection of work. Well done from Mrs Liesfield.
Hi Grade 2H Hope you are working well at home.
Great to see so many of you completing the art lesson. Remember primary colours -red, blue, yellow and secondary – orange, green and purple.
All these people completed the art lesson, well done
Maddison, Danielle, Charli, Lucy, Joel, Cung, Amelia, Jasmine, Lachy, Levi, Hayden, Jude, Isla, Lincoln, Chantelle and Steven.
Maddi and Jas both made a little video to explain their art work and I saw a variety of materials being used. It is great to see everyone thinking about what they can use to be creative.
Hope you all cleaned up nicely at the end of the lesson.
Thanks to all the adults for helping.
All the best Mrs Liesfield

Yesterday my brother Cooper found a picture of a tin that looked really cool… He wanted to make his own and I thought that was a great idea! So I did one too. I made it today all by myself. It took me hours because it was a big box and I was using different colours. I did 5 coats because I didn’t want any of the bits on the card board box to show up on my tin that I was making. From Zach
To Mrs Liesfield,
Yesterday I saw a really cool tin that I wished I had. So it got me thinking… Instead of buying one I thought to get a card board box and make my own design of how I want it to look like. I painted my box including the inside. I painted the ancient symbols and did mine just like the tin and in the exact same colours. I spent 4 hours and 30 minutes painting the box to make it look like the tin. The tin I was trying to paint was a YU GI OH! Trading card game tin that was originally made in Japan. KONAMI is the Japanese brand. I play the English addition though.
Morning all
I was so impressed to see the variety of things you used to make your rainbows. I noticed – toys, pegs, lego, painting and it looked like Scarlett got the whole family involved to make the rainbow.
It was great to hear Georgie talking about haw she made her work.
I hope you all put everything away after!
Well done to these students for completing the task -Kaleb, Taylor, Marley, Josh, Tilly, Emmett, Owen, Madi, Zoe, Georgie, Scarlett, Allira, Ryley, Oliver, Axel and Jasmine.
Here are a few of the great art works’
Well done everyone
Thanks Mrs Liesfield
Grade 2 have been very busy creating their ice cream cones. Well done to all these people – Alanah, Koby, Anya, Maddi, Hayden, Milla, Courtney, Flynn, Jordan, Inara, Jessica, Frankie, Paige.
I could hear a few people talking about their ice creams which was great. Paige made hers from chalk on the driveway, Frankie added a cherry falling off, Jess added glitter, Flynn’s looked like a gelati, yum and Courtney’s ice cream was rainbow.
Great work class, I am really impressed.
Thanks Mrs Liesfield
This lovely art wok came in from Indi in Grade 1.
Sorry I can not put your face in but the rainbows and positive ideas are great. Well Done and Thanks for sharing.
I am so impressed with the effort 2B has made with their Ice Cream Cones.
Well done to all these students – Angel, Brodie D, Ava, Brodie W, Callum, Charlie, David, Grace, Joel, Mia, Natasha, Nathan, Noah, Jade, Jake, Emily, Matilda, Lucy and Lincoln.
Grace, Nathan and Brodie D made 3D cones and Nathan even explained how he created his art work explaining how he used the primary and secondary colours. Great work.
So we can see just a few of the cones.
It was great to see Chloe and Chase creating their own artworks at home. Taking some time out and just enjoying something creative can relax you and involve the whole family.
Chase created the Death Star and Chloe created a waterfall from the shadow of a glass. Great work ! Thanks for sharing
Wow Prep H has done an absolutely awesome job creating their rainbow collections. I had art back from all these students- Ben, Brayden, Cecilia, Kaylee, Kloe, Lara, Layla, Cohen, Maison, Matthew, Olivia, Rylee, Sebastian, Zara, Lilly, Lucas, Luke Kairav and Emma.
I can only post pictures without faces so sorry to those other students. There were even a few posts that came and the Preps talked about their art work. Have fun putting it all back !
Thanks Mum and Dad.
